Meet Your Trainers...

Each of our trainers is passionate about health and fitness and helping you achieve your goals. With three experienced and complementary trainers, we're able to offer you a range of session styles.

BRAD RUSSELL

Brad 's goal is to ensure everyone has a fit and healthy body that will do what they want it to do, when they want it to do it. As an 18 year old, this led Brad into a career in nursing and he's been a cardiothoracic nurse at University Hospital Geelong for most of the last 17 years.

After 10 years of looking after people with multiple health issues, often caused by a lack of physical exercise, Brad wanted to focus on physical fitness to prevent people getting unwell.

In 2010 Brad completed his personal trainer qualification. After doing his outdoor training placement with Antonella of Beyond Bootcamp, Brad was offered a job that he loves!

In 2014 Brad took on the Lead Trainer responsibility and in 2015 became the owner of Beyond Bootcamp.

From a personal perspective, Brad enjoys weight training, circuit training, high intensity intervals and kick boxing. He says "I don't train for anything specific, but I like to be ready for any challenge."
